About the project
The project aims to develop key competences in students and teachers through creating and sharing audio podcasts, preparing them for future challenges by enhancing digital literacy, critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills.During the two-year project students will master their skills to create podcasts. Along the process they will develop key competences for a sustainable future.

Teacher training course
European Framework of Key Competences
The teacher training course, organized under the Erasmus+ Key Action 2 project, registration number: 2024-1-BG01-KA220-SCH-000245970, successfully concluded on December 14, 2024, in Helsinki, Finland. This initiative, a collaboration between partners from Bulgaria, Germany, Finland, Portugal, and Turkey, aimed to strengthen the implementation of the European Framework of Key Competences in schools.
The two-day event, hosted at the T-Oppi Oy office in Helsinki, provided an engaging and productive learning environment for all participants.
The course included school visits, interactive sessions, collaborative discussions, hands-on activities.
Participants expressed high levels of satisfaction with the course. Many highlighted the practical examples and the collaborative nature of the sessions as key strengths. The feedback session allowed attendees to share their experiences and suggest ideas for future improvements.
The training enhanced participants' understanding of the European Framework of Key Competences and equipped them with strategies to apply these principles in their teaching. Certificates of participation were distributed to all attendees, symbolizing their commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.
