Teacher training “Tools and Methods for Monitoring and Feedback in Preschool Education”
The international training event “Feedback in Preschool Education,” held on 28–29 November 2025, was organized under the Erasmus+ Key Action 2 project “Smart Tracking for Child Development.” Hosted at CEIP Félix Cuadrado Lomas in Cistérniga, the event brought together educators for two inspiring days of collaboration, innovation, and professional exchange. Participants explored EU best practices in preschool assessment, discovered digital feedback tools, and examined emotional study instruments designed to support young learners. Survey results on child development monitoring across partner countries sparked meaningful discussion and reflection. Interactive workshops on designing child-friendly feedback questions encouraged hands-on learning and practical application. The program also included cultural activities in Valladolid, strengthening partnerships in an engaging and vibrant setting. The training concluded with certificates, celebration, and a renewed shared commitment to enhancing feedback practices in early childhood education across Europe.
