From the beginning of June 2024, T-Oppi Oy has been implementing an Erasmus+ project, Key Action 1, entitled “With interactive videos towards best achievements”. The project is funded by the European Union.
The main goal of the project is to prepare the lecturers for the training offered by the company to create interactive video content for the courses. This will help the trainees master the courses, and it will be available on the Internet and be able to be used in a combined form of training, face-to-face and distance learning.
The trainers will acquire knowledge and skills for creating videos and adding interactivity to video materials. In addition, the lecturers will implement interactive video as an educational tool in the training courses. The use of interactive videos is anticipated not only to make learning more enjoyable but also more effective. The project aims to allow learners to engage with educational content at their own pace and according to their schedules. The integration of interactive videos is expected to foster a culture of innovation.
To achieve the goal, 3 members will be included in a structured course on the topic "Interactive Video Mastery: Transforming Teaching and Learning", which will be held in Milan, Italy. The first video lessons for the courses are expected to be ready in January 2025.
